A personalized toothbrush according to the present invention comprises a tray having an insertion groove for inserting a tooth and having toothbrush bristles formed on the inner surface of the insertion groove； a handle unit including an ultrasonic wave generating unit installed therein, an on/off switch for controlling the operation of the ultrasonic wave generating unit, and a power source unit for supplying a power source to the ultrasonic wave generating unit when the on/off switch is turned on； and a connecting unit having one end connected with the ultrasonic wave generating unit of the handle unit and the other end connected with the outer surface of the tray. When the on/off switch is turned on, the ultrasonic wave generating unit is vibrated. Ultrasonic wave vibrations are transferred to the tray through the connecting unit, and the toothbrush bristles formed in the insertion groove is vibrated by the transferred vibration so that a tooth can be brushed. The tray is fixed in the mouth of a user corresponding to the arrangement of the user&prime；s teeth, and the surface of the teeth and the upper gum can be meticulously brushed by means of the ultrasonic vibration of the ultrasonic wave generating unit.
