CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus of a stalk hanger for dried persimmon comprises the following: a fixing unit(100) installed on a supporting plate(20), and moving back and forth by a rotator(110)； a U-forming body(300) including plural protrusions, formed on both sides of the fixing unit and operated by a cam； an insertion plate(500) penetrated by a steel string； a cutting unit(200) including a cutting assembly(210) on one side； a formation unit with the upper side fitted to a formation groove； a first operation unit(410) formed on the opposite side of the insertion plate around the formation unit； a second operation unit(420) including a secondary formation assembly(424)； a third operation unit(430) including a third formation assembly(434)； and a roller(510) inserting the steel string into the insertion plate. 본 발명은 생감을 건조시켜 곶감을 만들기 위하여 껍질이 깎여진 생감의 꼭지부분에 끼움·고정시키는 탄성을 가진 곶감용 꼭지걸이를 형성하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 자세하게는 회전운동과 왕복운동을 하는 캠으로 작동하는 고정부, 절삭부 및 작동부가 구성되고, 상기 절삭부의 일 측에 탄성을 가진 쇠줄을 주입시켜주는 주입판이 구성되며, 상기 고정부, 절삭부, 작동부 및 주입판의 중심부에 곶감용 꼭지걸이를 형성시키는 형성부가 구비된 곶감용 꼭지걸이를 형성하는 장치를 사용함으로서 감과 접촉되는 부위 없이 감의 상부에 있는 꼭지에 용이하게 끼움· 고정하는 동시에 여러 곳에 다양한 방법으로 걸 수 있는 곶감용 꼭지걸이를 형성하는 본 발명은 캠으로 작동하여 곶감용 꼭지걸이를 자동으로 형성시킬 수 있어 작업시간을 절감할 수 있어 인건비를 최소화 할 수 있으며, 자동으로 형성과 배출이 가능하여 작업의 효율성이 높아 적은 시간에 다량의 생산효과를 발휘할 수 있는 장치에 관한 것이다.
