The object to be attained is to provide a composition capable of promoting the production of adiponectin, which is free of safety problems such as side effects and toxicity and can be ingested orally. An adiponectin production-promoting composition comprising a salmon milt extract, beer yeast extract, avian collagen and mineral-containing yeast, and having an adiponectin production-promoting action is prepared. The salmon milt extract preferably contains a low molecular component obtained by enzymatically treating salmon milt to degrade it into oligonucleotides and oligopeptides. A preferred beer yeast extract contains 50 to 80% RNA, and preferred mineral yeast contains 2 to 3% zinc, 0.3 to 0.5% copper and 0.01 to 0.02% selenium based on dried yeast. Further, the composition of the present invention preferably contains 16 to 17 parts by mass of beer yeast extract, 33 to 34 parts by mass of avian collagen, and 22 to 23 parts by mass of mineral-containing yeast with respect to 100 parts by mass of salmon milt extract.本發明應解決之課題在於:提供一種促進脂聯素產生,且就副作用或毒性等安全性方面不存在問題而可口服攝取之組合物。調製包含鮭魚魚白萃取物、啤酒酵母萃取物、雞膠原蛋白及含礦物質之酵母且具有脂聯素產生促進作用之促進脂聯素產生之組合物。作為鮭魚魚白萃取物,較佳為包含藉由對鮭魚魚白進行酵素處理而分解成寡核苷酸與寡肽之低分子成分者。作為啤酒酵母萃取物,較佳為含有50~80%之RNA者。作為礦物質酵母,較佳為於乾燥酵母中含有2~3%之鋅、0.3~0.5%之銅、0.01~0.02%之硒者。又,較佳為每100質量份之鮭魚魚白萃取物,包含啤酒酵母萃取物16~17質量份、雞膠原蛋白33~34質量份及含礦物質之酵母22~23質量份。
