PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize bedding materials after using, especially excrement of livestock.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing organic materials includes a decomposition step of decomposing organic substances. The decomposition step is performed by aerobically decomposing the organic substances with lactic acid bacteria which are included in excrement by supplying lactic acid bacteria and breeding livestock. It is preferable to supply lactic acid bacteria to livestock by giving livestock animal feed which is mixed with a solid lactic acid bacterium material of 0.01 volume part-2.0 volume parts based on 100 volume parts of animal feed excluding lactic acid bacteria. It is preferable that the method further includes a fermentation step of anaerobically fermenting used bedding materials used for breeding livestock before performing the decomposition step. The decomposition step is performed by aerobically decomposing the used bedding materials after the fermentation step. The aerobic decomposition is desirably performed under a fine aerobic condition of an oxygen pressure of 10% or less. In the decomposition step, mineral water is preferably sprayed to the organic substances.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】使用後の敷材、特に家畜の排せつ物を有効利用する。【解決手段】本発明は、有機物を分解する分解工程を有する有機資材の製造方法である。分解工程は、乳酸菌を供与して家畜を飼育することで排せつ物中に含ませた乳酸菌により、有機物を好気分解することにより行われる。家畜への乳酸菌の供与は、乳酸菌以外の飼料100体積部に対して、0.01体積部以上2.0体積部以下の固体状乳酸菌資材を配合した飼料を家畜に与えることにより行うことが好ましい。本発明は、分解工程前に行われると共に、家畜の飼育用に使用した使用済み敷材を嫌気発酵させる発酵工程をさらに備えることが好ましく、分解工程は、発酵工程後の使用済み敷材を好気分解することにより行われる。好気分解は、酸素圧が10%以下の微好気条件下で行うとよい。分解工程においては、有機物にミネラル水を噴霧することが好ましい。【選択図】図1
