PURPOSE: An antibacterial tyndalized lactic acid bacteria and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure excellent antibacterial activity and to manufacturing various pharmaceutical products, foods, feed, and cosmetic products. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing antibacterial tyndalized lactic acid bacteria comprises: a step of tyndalizing lactic acid fermentation liquid and isolating bacteria-containing liquid from the tyndalized fermentation liquid； a step of performing fluidic layer-drying or freeze-drying to prepare dried material； and a step of tyndalized bacteria and dried material. The tyndalization is performed by indirectly heating fermentation liquid at 70-160°；C； and a step of rapidly cooling at 10-60°；C. The lactic acid bacteria include Streptococcus sp., Lactococcus sp., Enterococcus sp., Enterococcus sp., Pediococcus sp., Leuconostoc sp., or Bifidobacterium sp.본 발명은 유산균 발효액을 틴달화시킨 후 발효여액과 균체포함액으로 분리하고, 균체포함액에 대해 동결건조를 수행하고, 발효여액에 대해 유동층건조 또는 동결건조를 수행한 후, 상기 건조 처리된 균체와 발효여액을 혼합하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균용 유산균 사균체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 항균용 유산균 사균체는 균질한 성상을 가지며, 뛰어난 항균 활성을 나타내는 장점이 있다. 따라서, 항균활성 및 정장작용이 요구되는 다양한 의약품, 식품, 사료 및 화장품 제조시 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
