PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flavoring composition capable of giving and enhancing natural feeling, fresh feeling and rich milk feeling of milk-related products at a necessary and sufficient level, and to provide milk-related products mixed with the flavoring composition.SOLUTION: This flavoring composition comprises one kind or at least two kinds of a disulfide compound selected from the group consisting of methyl 2-methyl-3-furyl disulfide, bis (2-methyl-3-furyl) disulfide, methylfurfuryl disulfide, and difurfuryl disulfide.
