Disclosed is a method of preparing peanut (Arachis hypogaea) candy, comprising the steps of: extracting the peanut (Arachis hypogaea) kernel from the shell pounding the peanut kernel blending the pounded peanut seeds with milk and calamansi Citrofortunella microcarpa) juice using a blender cooking the blended mixture for 20 minutes molding the cooked mixture into candy in to desired size and shape wrapping the candy using glassine paper packing the candy in a box, then label.
