The present invention concerns a forearm or arm prosthesis intended essentially for patients having a short amputation. This prosthesis, the internal structure (K) of which is made from lightweight cellular material, incorporates into same, integrally with the structure, the outer coating layer (P) of same provided with indentations allowing the insertion of weight beads (F) that regulate the fixed radial and axial centre of gravity of the prosthesis, and the weight of same. This prosthesis is also provided with an automatic device (C) allowing the centre of gravity of same to vary depending on the positioning thereof in space, and including magnets (M and M) that allow the release of said device to be adjusted.La présente invention concerne une prothèse davant-bras ou de bras destinée en grande partie aux patients ayant une amputation courte. Cette prothèse dont la structure interne (K) est réalisée en matériau alvéolaire léger, intégre à celle-ci, solidairement à la structure sa couche de revêtement externe (P) pourvue déchancrures permettant dinsertion de billes de lestage (F) qui règlent le centre de gravité fixe radial et axial de la prothèse ainsi que son poids. Cette prothèse est aussi pourvue dun dispositif automatique (C) permettant au centre de gravité de celle-ci de varier en fonction de son positionnement dans lespace et dont les aimants (M et M) permettent un réglage de décrochage de ce dispositif.
