PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely carry out the winding of a packaging material on a roll bale by stably sending out the packaging material to a molding chamber.SOLUTION: The roll baler is constituted as follows. A sending-out apparatus 3 is equipped with a sending-out part 31, a sending-out driving part 32, a sending-out drive-transmitting part 33 and tension rollers 34, 35 and 36. A tension-regulating part 4 is equipped with a movable regulating part 40, a drivable tension-regulating driven part 41 and a tension-regulating drive transmission part 42 for transmitting the drive of the tension-regulating driving part 41 to the sending-out drive-transmitting part 33 and the movable regulating part 40. The movable regulating part 40 is installed so as to be moved to the direction for loosening the packaging material B according to the drive transmission-turning on action of the sending-out drive-transmitting part 33, and so as to be moved to the direction for tensioning the packaging material B according to the drive transmission-turning off action of the sending-out drive-transmitting part 33, and so that when the tension of the packaging material B is loosened, the sending-out operation of the packaging material B may be carried out by the sending-out part 31.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】安定した梱包資材の成形室への送出を行って梱包資材のロールベールへの巻回を確実に行う。【解決手段】送出装置3は、送出部31と送出駆動部32と送出駆動伝達部33とテンションローラ34、35、36とを備える。張力調整部4は可動調整部40と駆動する張力調整駆動部41と、張力調整駆動部41の駆動を送出駆動伝達部33及び可動調整部40とに伝達する張力調整駆動伝達部42とを備える。可動調整部40を、送出駆動伝達部33の駆動伝達入力動作にともなって、梱包資材Bを弛める方向に動作するように設けるとともに、送出駆動伝達部33の駆動伝達切断動作にともなって、梱包資材Bに張力を与える方向に動作するように設けて、梱包資材Bの張力を弛ませたときに、送出部31が梱包資材Bの送出動作を行うようにした。【選択図】図5
