PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of patches and patches which can suppress the adhesion of an effective composition with flexibility to a press-cutting blade mold when cutting an effective composition with flexibility into a desired shape using the press-cutting blade mold, while being able to laminate the effective composition with flexibility on the surface of a holding member with accurate thickness, shape, position, and the like.SOLUTION: The invention provides a production method of patches comprising an effective composition with flexibility 1 containing a plurality of composition components which have a flowing state capable of flowing at a first flow temperature, can be cut at a second cooling non-deformed temperature lower than the first flow temperature, and has the non-deformed state at the degree of not deformed at the time of cutting, and has a flexible state without fluidity at a third non-fluidity flexible temperature obtained by raising the second cooling non-deformed temperature and a holding member 2 holding the effective composition 1 the method comprising processing and forming the effective composition with flexibility 1 into a given shape under the condition cooled to the second cooling non-deformed temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
