PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding apparatus which can thicken a resin layer partitioning a space between flow channels while keeping a thickness of a resin layer between an outer face of a tube and the flow channel, and a method for producing a tube.SOLUTION: The extrusion molding apparatus comprises: a die having a first flow channel which forms an outer face of a tube and flows a resin forming a first resin layer between the outer face and the flow channel therethrough, and a second flow channel which is inside of the first resin layer in a cross section perpendicular to a direction where the resin flows and through which a resin forming a second resin layer between the flow channels flows one resin supply section which supplies the resin to the first flow channel and the second flow channel and a resin adjustment section which adjusts a first temperature being a temperature of the resin flowing through the first flow channel in a downstream side end of the die and a second temperature being a temperature of the resin flowing through the second flow channel, the resin adjustment section adjusting the temperature of the resin in such a way that the temperature becomes a temperature equal to or higher than the melting temperature of the resin and equal to or lower than a thermal decomposition temperature, and the second temperature becomes higher than the first temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】チューブの外形面と流路との間の樹脂層の厚みを維持したまま、流路と流路との間を隔てる樹脂層を厚くすることができる押出成形装置及びチューブの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】押出成形装置は、チューブの外形面を形成すると共に外形面と流路との間の第一樹脂層を形成する樹脂が流れる第一流路と、樹脂が流れる方向に直交する断面において第一樹脂層よりも内側であって流路と流路との間の第二樹脂層を形成する樹脂が流れる第二流路と、を有する金型と、第一流路及び第二流路に樹脂を供給する一つの樹脂供給部と、金型の下流側端部において第一流路に流れる樹脂の温度である第一温度と、第二流路に流れる樹脂の温度である第二温度と、を調整する樹脂調整部と、を備え、樹脂調整部は、樹脂の溶融温度以上熱分解温度以下の温度であって、第一温度よりも第二温度が高くなるように樹脂の温度を調整する。【選択図】図2
