PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lactic acid bacterium that has high acid resistance and bile resistance, and can be suitably used for food and drink, and food and drink comprising the lactic acid bacterium.SOLUTION: The present invention provides the lactic acid bacterium, Lactobacillus plantarum NY3668 strain (NITE P-01603), having acid resistance and bile resistance, and food and drink comprising the lactic acid bacterium.
