PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent a hand from being exposed in a portable radiation irradiation device.SOLUTION: A radiation irradiation device 10 includes: a radiation source 19 for irradiating a subject with a radiation ray； a camera 13 for imaging the subject and acquiring the captured image of the subject； a monitor 15 for displaying the captured image； a housing 11 for storing the radiation source 19, the camera 13, and the monitor 15 by allowing the display direction of the captured image to be directed in a second direction on the opposite side of a first direction being the irradiation direction of the radiation ray and the imaging direction of the captured image； and multiple grips 16, 17 projecting in directions different from the first and second directions and attached to mutually opposing positions in the housing 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
