PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower surface electron beam sterilizer capable of sufficient sterilization and downsizing. A lower surface electron beam sterilization apparatus 3 sterilizes a lower surface 13 of an object 10 to be sterilized by irradiation with an electron beam 3E. The lower surface electron beam sterilization apparatus 3 includes a continuous transfer unit 31 that continuously transfers the sterilization target 10, a fixed fixing plate 33 that is in contact with the sterilization target 10 that is transferred to the continuous transfer unit 31 at an upper surface, and is fixed. An electron beam emitter 35 is provided below the plate 33 and emits an electron beam 3E upward. The fixing plate 33 has an electron beam passage region 34 that irradiates the entire lower surface 13 of the sterilization target 10 that is being conveyed by passing the electron beam 3E.
