PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer for surely sterilizing a cap by emitting electron rays evenly and for speedily and surely detecting abnormal sterilization.
SOLUTION: The sterilizer monitors the generation state of an electron ray, the scanning state with the electron ray, the transfer state of a cap 200, and the rotation state of a cap 200 for surely eliminating an abnormal cap 200 when the abnormal condition occurs during a cap sterilization process. The monitoring is performed real time, and when there is an abnormal condition, it is immediately detected and the number of defective caps 200 is minimized.
