The present invention relates to an apparatus for sterilizing and drying medical instruments by using an electron generation device. According to the present invention, a method for sterilizing medical instruments by using an electron generation device has the merits of reducing time for sterilization, since radicals of hydroxyl groups (OH) are generated by using the electron generation device, and consequently, a conventional high pressure sterilizer using high temperatures and high pressure is not used, reducing costs of sterilization, since a conventional sterilizer using expensive ethylene oxide gas (EO) is not used, and furthermore, being capable of providing a medical instrument sterilizer with an enhanced sterilization effect exceeding conventional sterilization methods. The apparatus for sterilizing and drying medical instruments by using an electron generation device comprises a reservoir tank, a water supply hole, the electron generation device, an inlet, a sterilization and disinfection unit, an outlet, and a drying unit.본 발명은 전자발생장치를 이용한 의료 기구 소독 및 건조 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 전자발생장치를 이용한 의료기구의 소독 방법은 전자발생장치를 이용하여 OH(수산화기) 라디칼을 발생시킴으로써, 기존 고온과 고압을 이용하는 고압 멸균기를 사용하지 않아 멸균 소독에 소요되는 시간을 단축시키고, 기존 고비용의 EO(Ethylene Oxide) 가스를 이용하는 멸균 소독기를 사용하지 않음으로써, 멸균 소독의 비용을 감소시키고 나아가 기존 멸균 소독 방법보다 소독의 효과가 뛰어난 의료기구 소독기를 제공할 수 있다는 장점을 지니고 있다.
