The present invention relates to a method for preparing porous organic-inorganic composite powder by repeating steps of attaching polyphenol to porous polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and attaching inorganic oxide nanoparticles to micro-holes on the PMMA having the polyphenol attached thereto to attach the inorganic oxide nanoparticles in multiple layers and a cosmetic composition including the porous organic-inorganic composite powder. According to the present invention, the method can be used to prepare the porous organic-inorganic composite powder by uniformly attaching inorganic substances on the surface of a porous organic polymer support. When the porous organic-inorganic composite powder is applied to an ultraviolet (UV) screening product, inorganic particles used as an UV blocking agent is uniformly attached to the support to prevent agglomeration of particles, thereby maintaining unique and excellent properties of the inorganic UV blocking agent as well as obtaining excellent UV blocking performance. The colloidal-type organic or inorganic UV blocking substance made according to the present invention can also be used for cosmetic and paint products.본 발명은 다공성 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트(PMMA) 미립구에 폴리페놀을 점착시키고, 폴리페놀이 점착된 다공성 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트(PMMA) 미립구에 무기산화물 나노입자를 점착시키는 단계를 반복하여 무기산화물 나노입자를 다층으로 점착시켜 다공성 유무기 복합분체를 제조하는 방법 및 이를 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 다공성 유기 고분자 지지체 표면에 무기 물질을 균일하게 점착시켜 다공성 유무기 복합분체를 제조할 수 있으며, 상기와 같이 제조된 다공성 유무기 복합 분체를 자외선 차단 제품에 적용할 경우, 자외선 차단제로 이용되는 무기 입자를 지지체에 고르게 점착하여 입자 간의 응집을 방지함에 따라 무기 자외선 차단제의 독특하고 우수한 특성을 유지하게 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 자외선 차단 효과도 우수하다. 또한, 본 발명의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 콜로이드형 유무기 자외선 차단소재는 화장품 및 도료 등의 기능성 소재로 널리 이용될 수 있다.
