A method for manufacturing powder of young leaves of paprika comprises: a washing step of washing the young leaves of fresh paprika with water, and removing impurities； a drying step of drying the washed young leaves of fresh paprika by rapidly cooling； a grinding step of pulverizing the dried young leaves of paprika into the particle size 150 meshes or greater using a grinder or a hammer mill； and a finishing step of putting the ground powder of young leaves of paprika into a container, and packing the same.
