PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a milk for cereal food, in which, when drinking a milk together with a cereal food or cereal food composition during meal eating, while enhancing the flavor of a cereal food or cereal food composition without disturbance, a refreshing flavor of milk after eating can be felt； and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a milk for drinking when eating cereal food or cereal food composition and in which the protein reduction value in the milk is 5 to 10 and the modified whey protein percentage is 70 to 90%.
