To analyze skin groove structure enabling proper analysis of the skin groove structure, especially without being affected by illumination environments when imaging, and in an economic, simple and quick method.

SOLUTION: An image of skin imaged by means of a microscope camera is input to a PC (steps S20 and S30), and using this image as a subject and skin groove components are extracted by means of a morphological filter to provide a skin groove multi-value image (steps S40 and S50). The skin groove multi-value image is binarized (steps S60 and S70), and using the skin groove binary image as a subject and parameters of the skin groove structure are calculated bin a bone morphogenic measuring method (skin groove morphologic measuring method) (step S80). Evaluation of the skin groove structure is performed based ON the calculated parameters of the skin groove structure.
