PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information detection apparatus which ensures waterproofing performance while enabling miniaturization.SOLUTION: The biological information detection apparatus comprises: a biological signal detection unit 50 having a detection electrode 50a which is brought into contact with a living body surface a circuit substrate 40 into which biological signals detected by the biological signal detection unit 50 are input and a case 20 for receiving a circuit substrate 40. The case 20 includes case through-holes 29 which make the inside and the outside of the case 20 communicate with each other. The circuit substrate 40 includes a substrate through-hole 41 with a connection electrode 41a formed on its inner peripheral surface. The biological signal detection unit 50 is made from an electrically conductive elastic material and has a cylindrical connection part 51 electrically connected to the detection electrode 50a. The connection part 51 is inserted into the substrate through-hole 41 through a case through-hole 29.
