The present invention relates to a method of producing an extract of Hippophae rhamnoides L. fruit by using ultrasonic waves, in which a mixture containing Hippophae rhamnoides L. fruit and a solvent is subjected to an ultrasonic extraction to extract a natural material from the Hippophae rhamnoides L. fruit and a natural extract of a Hippophae rhamnoides L. fruit produced by the method.
