PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method of an endoscope which simply and reliably allows dirt and bacteria to be removed from a pipeline inside the endoscope.SOLUTION: In a process for cleaning the endoscope, a surface of a coat layer 60 which forms an inner wall surface of the pipeline (a forceps channel 57) of the endoscope is removed by being dissolved by elution agent or ground by a grinding member. Therefore, even when dirt or bacteria remain on the surface of the coat layer 60, the surface itself of the coat layer 60 is removed in the cleaning process. Thus, the dirt or bacteria are reliably removed from the pipeline of the endoscope without peeling the dirt or bacteria off the surface of the coat layer 60 and the pipeline of the endoscope is made clean.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】内視鏡内部の管路から汚れや菌を簡便且つ確実に取り除くことができる内視鏡の清浄方法を提供する。【解決手段】内視鏡を清浄するプロセスにおいて、内視鏡の管路(鉗子チャネル57)の内壁面を形成するコート層60の表面が、溶出剤により溶かされたり研磨部材により研磨されたりして除去される。したがって、コート層60の表面に汚れや菌が残存していても、清浄プロセスにおいてコート層60の表面自体が除去される。そのため、汚れや菌をコート層60の表面から剥離することなく、内視鏡の管路から確実に取り除くことができ、内視鏡の管路を清潔にすることができる。【選択図】図7
