PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope storage technology capable of easily preventing soil and bacteria from adhering to a pipeline inside an endoscope during the storage of the endoscope.SOLUTION: In a step (S16) of storing the endoscope with a pipeline, the pipeline (forceps channel) of the endoscope is filled with a gel-like filler containing at least either one of a bactericidal constituent and an antimicrobial constituent (S20). The filler infilled in the pipeline is solidified by cooling etc. (S22), and the endoscope is stored in a state in which the solidified filler is disposed in the pipeline. The filler solidified before the use of the endoscope is removed from the pipeline (S24). This can effectively prevent the soil and the bacteria from adhering to the pipeline inside the endoscope during the storage of the endoscope.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】内視鏡の保管時に、内視鏡内部の管路に汚れや菌が付着することを簡単に防ぐことができる内視鏡の保管技術を提供する。【解決手段】管路を有する内視鏡の保管工程(S16)において、殺菌成分及び抗菌成分のうち少なくともいずれか一方を含むゲル状の充填体が内視鏡の管路(鉗子チャネル)に充填される(S20)。管路に充填された充填体は冷却等により固化され(S22)、固化した充填体を管路に配置した状態で内視鏡は保管される。そして、内視鏡の使用前に固化した充填体を管路から除去することで(S24)、内視鏡保管時に汚れや菌が管路に付着することを有効に防ぐことができる。【選択図】図4
