A Cordyceps militaris inoculating equipment includes a separating device, a filling device, a dispensing device and a control device. The separation device includes an inoculum bottle, a first pipeline and a separation bottle. The inoculum bottle is configured to storing a Cordyceps militaris strain which includes a plurality of Cordyceps militaris spheroids and Cordyceps militaris liquid. The first pipeline includes a multi-inlet extraction head configured for a first screening of the Cordyceps militaris strain to allow the Cordyceps militaris liquid entering. The separation bottle is configured to store the Cordyceps militaris strain inflow from the first pipeline and perform a second screening, and then the Cordyceps militaris strain is supplied to the dispensing device via the filling device so as to distribute to collected bottles.
