The piston part comprises a hard resin, extends along the tube, and has a narrow diameter part that is narrower than a base end part. The packing part comprises an elastic material, is arranged around the outer circumference of the piston part, and fills a gap between the tube and the piston part when the piston part has been inserted into the tube.
