PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning an endoscope capable of easily and unfailingly removing contamination and bacteria from conduit inside an endoscope the endoscope and a method for coating the endoscope.SOLUTION: In the process of cleaning the endoscope, a coating layer 60 forming an inner wall surface S0 of the endoscopic conduit (forceps channel 57 etc.) is molten with hot water (peeling liquid), and the coating layer 60 is removed from a base portion 58 surrounding the conduit. Thus, since the coating layer 60 itself is removed with the hot water, even if contamination and bacteria remain on the surface of the coating layer 60, they can be unfailingly removed from the endoscopic conduit without peeling them from the coating layer 60. After that, a coating layer 60 is formed again on the base portion 58, thereby enabling the repetitive use of the endoscope with the inner wall of the conduit constituted by another clean coating layer 60 forms.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】内視鏡内部の管路から汚れや菌を簡便且つ確実に取り除くことができる内視鏡の清浄方法、内視鏡、及び内視鏡コーティング方法を提供する。【解決手段】内視鏡を清浄するプロセスにおいて、内視鏡の管路(鉗子チャネル57等)の内壁面S0を形成するコーティング層60が温水(剥離液)により溶かされ、当該管路を取り囲むベース部58からコーティング層60が除去される。したがって、コート層60の表面に汚れや菌が残存していても、温水によりコーティング層60自体が除去されるため、汚れや菌をコーティング層60から剥離することなく内視鏡の管路から確実に取り除くことができる。その後、新たなコーティング層60をベース部58上に再形成することにより、清潔な新たなコーティング層60によって管路内壁が構成された状態で内視鏡を繰り返し使用することができる。【選択図】図9
