The present invention provides a manufacturing method of cold brewed tea, which includes the following steps: (a) mixing tea leaves with water in a feeding tank having a 0th temperature to obtain a preliminary tea mixture, wherein the 0th temperature exceeds 15 DEG C but is lower than 25 DEG C and, (b) passing the preliminary tea mixture sequentially through at least three extraction tanks configured with ultrasonicators to obtain the cold brewed tea.
