PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe for a cast patient which protects safely not only an affected part but also a toe exposed from the cast in being worn, thereby preventing an accident in advance.SOLUTION: A shoe for a cast patient is used by a patient with a cast in going outside on a foot portion excluding a toe and includes: a bottom plate 10 supporting the foot of the patient a covering piece 20 arranged on the bottom plate in a shape wrapping the foot of the patient including the cast and including first fastening means on a portion covering an instep and a protection piece 30 extended from a front face part of the bottom plate in which the toe of the patient is positioned, bent to store the toe of the patient, and including second fastening means arranged in a portion facing the first fastening means of the covering piece and fastened mutually with the first fastening means.
