PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe appliance sufficiently enabling walking by a patient of spastic paralysis, wearable without hindrance in daily life to give a lot of opportunities to walk, and assisting the recovery of motor function.SOLUTION: A toe appliance for assisting the recovery of motor function of the toes of a patient of spastic paralysis includes: a rectangular plate member a plurality of superelastic wire bodies arranged at a prescribed interval by fastening one end to the plate member along the longitudinal direction of the plate member and forward projecting the other end and a belt body mounted on the plate member. When winding the belt body around the foot part of the patient and mounting the plate member on the instep of the foot part, the superelastic wire body extends along the instep, and the other end is positioned directly above the toes when extending the toes, and the toes are fastened to the other end of the superelastic wire by a toe fastening band so as to suppress downward bending.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 痙性麻痺による患者であっても歩行を充分可能とするとともに、日常生活に支障なく装着できて歩行の機会を多く得て、運動機能の回復を補助する足指用装具を提供すること。【解決手段】 痙性麻痺による患者の足指の運動機能の回復を補助するための足指用装具である。長方形のプレート部材と、プレート部材の長手方向に沿って一端部をプレート部材上に固定されて他端部を前方に向けて突出させて所定間隔で並べられた複数の超弾性ワイヤ体と、プレート部材に取り付けられた帯体と、を含み、帯体を患者の足部に巻回させてプレート部材を足部の甲に取り付けたときに、超弾性ワイヤ体は甲に沿って延び足指を伸長したときの足指の直上に他端部を位置させ、足指固定バンドで足指を超弾性ワイヤの他端部に固定させて下方への屈曲を抑制することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
