The present invention relates to a plant cultivating apparatus which comprises: a body frame having a vegetation space part opened to the front； a planting base having a predetermined thickness, made of fiber, having a plurality of pores formed therein, and provided in the vegetation space part of the body frame； a water supply means for supplying water to an upper side of the planting base； a water storage part provided at a lower side of the body frame to store water passing through the planting base； and a circulation part for circulating the water stored in the water storage part to the water supply means.
