PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing vegetable-containing deep-fried food which has a fish meat paste processed product as the raw material, for reducing oiliness and oily smell, and improving the texture of vegetables, and to provide a method for suppressing deterioration of such deep-fried foods.SOLUTION: This method for producing the deep-fried food includes adding and mixing a tea extract concentrate to/with a fish meat paste processed product, and adding vegetables pieces to the mixture thus obtained.
