(1) A step of preparing an amphiphilic substance solution by dissolving the amphiphilic substance in a lyophilized mixed solvent； and (2) phase separation of the solution obtained in the step (1). A step of cooling to a temperature equal to or lower than the temperature and then maintaining the temperature to produce a precipitate containing the amphiphile； and (3) freezing the solution containing the precipitate obtained in step (2).
