PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument which stabilizes the behavior of a lens and permits the lens to be smoothly extruded into an eye when the lens is moved from a lens holding portion to a nozzle side.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens insertion instrument has a body 20 having the lens holding portion 22 holding the intraocular lens 1 and an extrusion shaft 30 extruding the lens held in the lens holding portion from the tip opening of the body into the eye.
