PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument which is compatible with incisions of different sizes.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens insertion instrument 1 includes an insertion tube part 7 for inserting a foldable intraocular lens 8 into an eye. A covering part 11 for covering a distal end part 12 of the insertion tube part 7 is attachably and detachably provided. The covering part 11 is configured by a plurality of laminate in a radial direction.
