PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion system that can use an intermittently supplied fluid for excellent extrusion of an intraocular lens.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens insertion system comprises: an intraocular lens insertion instrument having a substantially cylindrical instrument body having an insertion tube part for inserting an intraocular lens into an eye at its distal end, and an intraocular lens extrusion member which is provided to be slidable in the instrument body and presses and moves the intraocular lens to the insertion tube part to extrude the intraocular lens into the eye an intraocular lens extrusion aid having a body part which is a cylindrical member, a flange part provided at one end of the body part and having a connection mechanism for connecting to the intraocular lens insertion instrument, a connection part provided at the other end of the body part and connectable to fluid supply means for intermittently supplying a fluid into the body part, and a moving member provided in the body part and moved by pressure of the supplied fluid to press the intraocular lens extrusion member and a circulation restriction member connected to the fluid supply means and the connection part for restricting the circulation of the fluid intermittently supplied from the fluid supply means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】断続的に供給される流体を眼内レンズの良好な押し出しに用いることができる眼内レンズ挿入システムを提供する。【解決手段】眼内レンズ挿入システムを、眼内レンズを眼内に挿入する挿入筒部を先端に有する略筒状の器具本体と、器具本体内を摺動可能に設けられ、眼内レンズを押圧して挿入筒部に移動させて眼内に押し出す眼内レンズ押出部材とを有する眼内レンズ挿入器具と、筒状部材である本体部と、本体部の一端に設けられ、眼内レンズ挿入器具と接続する接続機構を有する鍔部と、本体部の他端に設けられ、本体部内に流体を断続的に供給する流体供給手段と接続可能な接続部と、本体部内に設けられ、供給される流体の圧力で移動して前記眼内レンズ押出部材を押圧可能な移動部材とを有する眼内レンズ押出補助具と、流体供給手段と接続部とに接続され、流体供給手段から断続的に供給される流体の流通を制限する流通制限部材とを有する構成とする。【選択図】図1
