PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion system capable of injecting an intraocular lens, while preventing inappropriate deformation of the intraocular lens, a control device for controlling the intraocular lens insertion device, a control method of an intraocular lens insertion instrument, and a program thereof.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens insertion system includes: extrusion means 121 having a drive part and extruding a soft intraocular lens 2 using the drive part observation means for acquiring an observation image of the intraocular lens extruded by the extrusion means and determination means for determining a drive parameter of the drive part on the basis of the observation image. The intraocular lens includes optical parts 3a, 3b, and 3c, and support parts 4a and 4b for supporting the optical parts in the eye of a subject.
