PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI) by a specific food component.SOLUTION: The composition for oral administration for the suppression of plasminogen activator inhibitor contains an extract of the flower and/or flower bud of a plant of the genus Prunus, family Rosaeae, preferably Prunus persica and/or Prunus davidiana, as an active component. The extract is produced preferably by extracting the vegetable with hydrated ethanol, removing the extraction solvent, removing n-hexane-soluble component, ethyl acetate-soluble component and n-butyl alcohol-soluble component in the presence of water phase, and removing water from the remaining water phase. The extract preferably contains one or more substances selected from prunacic acid, neoprunacic acid, multinoside A, multiflorine B and their salts as drug active components.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】 特定な食品成分により、プラスミノゲーンアクチベータインヒビター(PAI)を抑制する技術を提供する。【解決手段】 バラ科プルナス属の植物の花及び/又は蕾の抽出物を有効成分として含有する、プラスミノーゲンアクチベーターインヒビター抑制のための経口投与組成物を提供する。前記バラ科プルナス属の植物は、モモ及び/又はノモモであることが好ましく、前記抽出物は、含水エタノールで抽出し、抽出溶媒を除去し、しかる後、水相の存在下、n-ヘキサン可溶分、酢酸エチル可溶分、n-ブチルアルコール可溶分を除去し、残った水相より水分を除去したものであることが好ましい。前記抽出物は、プルナシン酸、ネオプルナシン酸、ムルチノサイドA、ムルチフロリンB及びそれらの塩から選択される1種乃至は2種以上を薬効成分として含有するものであることが好ましい。【選択図】 なし
