PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide components inhibiting nerve growth, to provide components inhibiting inflammatory substance attributed to pruritus, and to provide cosmetics for sensitive skin.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an NGF inhibitor that inhibits nerve growth factor (NGF) from one or more plant extracts selected from Cymbopogon citratus, Azadirachta indica, Geranium robertianum, and Bilberry.
