PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag for preventing bird harm, firmly and simply fixed to a structure such as a power transmission steel tower, and inhibiting birds from approaching the structure without using toxic substance such as arsenic and without requiring an electric light emitting means by a simple structure, thereby effectively preventing nesting to the structure.SOLUTION: The tag for preventing bird harm includes a tag body formed like a plate fixed to a structure by fittings, in which a flat surface 5 of a top part 3a and a flat surface 6 of a bottom part 3b are formed like projecting and recessed parts continuously in the vertical direction by inclined surfaces 7, 8 by combination of bottom folding and top folding in a fold line 4 along the direction that is substantially perpendicular to the vertical direction. Polarizing coating is applied to the surface of the tag body 3, and eyes 11 of an animal which the birds evade are drawn on the surface of the tag body 3 to which the polarizing coating is applied with polarizing coating having a basic color having the complementary color relationship to a basic color of the polarizing coating.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】鉄塔等の構造物に対して強固かつ簡易に固定でき、砒素などの毒性物質を用いることなく、また、電気的な発光手段を必要とせずに、簡易な構造で鳥類の構造物への寄り付きを阻止して、構造物への営巣を効果的に防止することが可能な鳥害防止札を提供する。【解決手段】取付金具により構造物に固定される板状に形成されて、上下方向と略垂直をなす方向に沿う折り線4で谷折り・山折りを組み合わせることで頂部3aの平面5と底部3bの平面6とが傾斜面7,8で上下方向に連続して凹凸状に形成された札本体3を備える。この札本体3の表面に偏光性塗料を塗布し、この偏光性塗料を塗布した札本体3の表面に偏光性塗料の基本カラーとは補色の関係にある基本カラーを備える偏光性塗料によって鳥類が忌避する動物の目11を描画する。【選択図】図1
