PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating implement not generating waste in use.SOLUTION: The heating implement 10 includes a body part 20 composed by housing heating elements 22 each including metals to be oxidized inside a flat bag body 21 having an air permeable part at a part thereof, and further includes a planar attaching part 30 which is connected to a part of the outer edge area of the body part 20 and is for attaching the body part 20 to the body of a user. The planar attaching part 30 has an air impermeable part at least at a part thereof.
