PURPOSE: An oral composition is provided to decompose the formation of decayed tooth biofilm by controlling quorum sensing.CONSTITUTION: An oral composition for restraining the formation of a biofilm is that a quorum-sensing material of Streptococcus mutans controlled by CPS is mixed. The quorum-sensing material is the extract of beans selected from adzuki bean, eastern, white topic, person topic, black kidney bean, and red kidney bean.
