PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble composition to be impregnated to a fiber sheet in which sterilization and antiseptic power are favorable, the storage stability of impregnated liquid is excellent, and that is gentle to skin.SOLUTION: The water-soluble composition includes: polyaminopropyl biguanide that is a cationic based biocide or a mixture of the polyaminopropyl biguanide and a quaternary ammonium salt sodium benzoate citric acid disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate a nonionic surfactant and water, and does not include paraben, wherein the pH is 3.5 to 4.5, and is impregnated as a chemical in a fiber sheet substrate having hydrophilic and water retention properties.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の課題は、殺菌、防腐性能の良い、且つ含浸された液の保存安定性に優れた、肌へ優しい繊維シート含浸用の水溶性組成物を提供することにある。【解決手段】親水性、保水性を備えた繊維シート基材に、薬液として、カチオン系バイオサイドであるポリアミノプロピルビグアナイド、またはポリアミノプロピルビグアナイドと第四級アンモニウム塩との混合物、安息香酸ナトリウム、クエン酸、エチレンジアミン四酢酸二ナトリウム、非イオン性界面活性剤、及び水を含み、且つ、そのpHが3.5~4.5である、パラベンを含有しない水溶性組成物を含浸する。【選択図】なし
