PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin patch sheet capable of: effectively suppressing gel or water from exuding out from a water-containing gel layer in manufacturing and storage and effectively transferring water content between the layers inside the sheet when used.SOLUTION: A skin patch sheet is formed by laminating a fiber layer (A) and a water-containing polymer gel layer (B), the fiber layer (A) including a fiber layer (A-1) containing 5 mass% or more and 45 mass% or less of water-absorbing fiber and a fiber layer (A-2) containing a larger amount of water-absorbing fiber than in the fiber layer (A-1). Further, the fiber layer (A-1) and the water-containing polymer gel layer (B) are disposed adjacent to each other.
