According to the present invention, water-soluble beech cellulose fiber, i.e. soluble fiber, is obtained by chemically treating non-aqueous beech cellulose fiber, and the soluble fiber is applied to a mask pack, thereby enabling components useful for skin care such as amino acid, vitamin, minerals and the like to be effectively absorbed to skin. To this end, a method of manufacturing soluble fiber by using non-aqueous beech cellulose fiber comprises the following steps of: selectively purchasing manufactured non-aqueous beech cellulose fiber； treating the non-aqueous beech cellulose fiber by alkaline solution at a low temperature so as to alkalinize the same； putting the alkalinized beech cellulose fiber into a sealed container with acidic solution so as to acidize the same again, and treating the acidized beech cellulose fiber with phosphorus so as to convert physical properties of the beech cellulose fiber into complete water-soluble beech cellulose fiber； and sterilizing the water-soluble beech cellulose fiber to obtain a water-soluble beech cellulose fiber desired to be provided in the present invention, i.e. soluble fiber； and manufacturing a water-soluble mask pack or facial patch of various shapes by using the soluble fiber.본 발명은 비수용성인 너도밤나무 셀롤로오스섬유를 화학적으로 처리하여 수용성 너도밤나무 셀롤로오스섬유, 즉 솔루블(soluble)섬유를 얻고, 상기 솔루블섬유를 마스크팩에 적용시켜, 아미노산이나 비타민, 무기질 등의 피부미용에 유용한 성분의 피부흡수가 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있게 한 것이다.상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서, 본 발명은 제조된 비수용성 너도밤나무 셀롤로오스섬유를 선별하여 구매하고, 상기 비수용성 너도밤나무 셀롤로오스섬유를 저온에서 알카리용액으로 처리하여 알카리화하고, 알카리화된 너도밤나무 셀롤로오스섬유를 산성용액과 밀폐용기에 넣은후 다시 산성화하고, 산성화된 너도밤나무 셀롤로오스섬유를 인처리하여 완전한 수용성 너도밤나무 셀롤로오스섬유로 물성을 변환시킨 다음, 멸균하여 발명에서 제공하고자 하는 수용성 너도밤나무 셀롤로오스섬유, 즉 솔루블섬유를 얻고, 상기 솔루블섬유를 이용하여 수용성 마스크팩이나 다양한 모양의 얼굴패치를 제조하는 것이다.
