Disclosed are a filtering needle combined with a twist cutting removable intake pipe and a syringe using the same. The present invention relates to a filtering needle which can improve a disadvantage that a conventional filtering needle is not induced deeply enough to the inside path during the process of discharging an injection liquid and filtering inhalation with a needle and that the remaining glass pieces between the needle and the filter are induced into the human body through the needle during the injection. An intake unit (20) is formed to be able to be cut in a spiral shape and has an intake pipe which is slightly bigger than the needle, wherein the inhalation unit covers a needle unit (10). When removing the needle unit, a connection pipe (24) which is mounted in an inlet hole (16) operates a rotary plate lid (14) of the needle unit, and furthermore the rotary plate lid (14) blocks the inlet hole (16) connected through a filter (15) while opening a discharging hole (17) connected to the needle. The needle (11) maintains the opened state of the discharging pipe not in one direction but in both directions even after completing the intake, by the simple and precise operation.
