The present invention relates to a connector type filter for a syringe, a syringe including the same, and a method for manufacturing the connector type filter. The present invention is for forming a connector type filtering device which is a medium which can be interposed between a needle holder of the syringe and a cylinder. For the above characteristic, the present invention respectively forms an outlet and an inlet for drug inside the connector member having open front and rear ends and provides the connector type filter which inserts filtering members and packing members into the outlet and inlet in order to be assembled with a needle holder and a cylinder neck unit or replaced by being separated, the syringe having the same, and the method for manufacturing the same.
