The present invention relates to a connector type filter device for a syringe, a syringe having the same, and a method for manufacturing a connector type filter device, wherein the filter device is configured in the form of a connector, which is an intermediate medium that can be interposed between a needle holder and a cylinder of a syringe. To this end, the present invention provides a connector type filter for a syringe, a syringe having the filter, and a manufacturing method thereof, the filter comprising: a connector member having front and rear ends, both of which are open, the connector member having an inlet and an outlet for discharge and intake of a liquid chemical, the inlet and the outlet being separately formed within the connector member and a filtering member and a packing member inserted into the inlet and the outlet such that the filtering member and the packing member can be assembled with or separated to be replaced from a needle member and a cylinder neck portion, respectively. The connector type filter device is compatible with a conventional syringe or injection port and can be applied to operations for intake and discharge of a liquid chemical, respectively.
