The present invention relates to a syringe having a safety filter function and, more specifically, to a syringe having the safety filter function which can be used regardless of an ampoule which is formed of a glass bottle and is capable of injecting an injection solution into a syringe through a cut portion by cutting the upper end portion or an injection bottle which is capable of injecting an injection solution into the syringe through a rubber packing with a sealed inlet portion. Also, the syringe having the safety filter function effectively filters foreign substances absorbed with the injection solution when the injection solution is injected into the syringe and prevents the foreign substances from being attached to a syringe needle. The syringe having the safety filter function comprises a syringe main body (200) which has a receiving space in which the rear side is opened to store the injection solution therein a piston unit (300) which is inserted into the receiving space through an opening unit of the syringe main body an syringe needle unit (400) which is formed on the front end of the syringe main body and an injection absorption unit (500) which filters foreign substances deposited in the injection through a filter (530) formed inside a filter receiving room (520) in the state in which the injection is not stained on the surface of the syringe needle unit when the injection which is covered with the syringe needle unit and is stored in an ampoule or a vial is absorbed.
