The present invention relates to a herb for a syringe having a filter structure for absorption and discharge, which filters various foreign substances included in an injection by a filter when absorbing or discharging the injection as a needle is integrally combined and used by being combined on the syringe. More specifically, a discharge filter (11) and an absorption filter (21) are divided and formed in and out inside a herb body. The absorption filter (21) absorbs the injection and the discharge filter (11) discharges the injection according to absorption and discharge of the injection by an opening and closing operator which moves forward and backward to stick to the discharge filter (11) and the absorption filter (21), and alternatively blocks the same.
